Who is The Ginger Chef?

Hi! My name is Chef T, and I have been cooking in the PNW for 17 years. My specialties include... everything! From high-end private dining experiences, to doctor-recommended meal prep, I do it all, and I can make any of your favorites in any diet you might need. I am fluent in the art of vegan and vegetarian cooking, as well as gluten-free and dairy-free baking and diets, and can apply these arts to everyday meal planning, or even an event as special as a wedding! I am an expert in almost all cuisines, and as for getting your kids to eat veggies... I am so good at hiding them in kid-friendly favorites, they will never be the wiser!

I started my culinary journey in college, where I attended the University of Idaho as an English major. I moved up from cashier to hostess to weekend Chef within a few months, and discovered my passions didn't lie solely with books anymore!

I have worked in Healthcare hospitality in Idaho, Washington and California, as well as at a sorority at UW, and have been working as a private chef for the past 3 years.

Cooking and baking are not just a means for making money to me. They are true passions. Even on my days off, I spend the day cooking or baking tasty treats and delivering them to local businesses or homeless shelters. I truly care about each person I cook for, and try my very best to perfect flavors, textures and dietary needs for each individual palate.
